Copilot Notebook is not working on both Web and App

I would like to report an issue affecting Copilot Notebook.

Issue Description

I am currently unable to use Copilot Notebook on both the Copilot web experience and the Copilot application.

Observed Behavior

  • Existing Notebooks fail to load and display the error message: "Something went wrong."
  • New Notebooks can be created successfully.
  • However, any attempt to chat, ask questions, or generate content within a Notebook immediately results in the same error.
  • The issue occurs consistently across both the web version and the app.

Expected Behavior

  • Notebooks should load correctly.
  • Users should be able to interact with Notebook content and submit prompts without errors.

Additional Information

  • Notebook functionality was working normally before.
  • The issue started recently and affects all Notebooks, including newly created ones.
  • Since the problem appeared suddenly, it may be related to a recent service or product update.

Impact

Copilot Notebook is currently unusable, which prevents me from accessing and working with my Notebook-based content.

Please investigate whether there is a known issue or recent change affecting Notebook functionality.
