Xbox ultimate pass nz

I have not had xbox ultimate pass for two years and now that I try buy it won't let me always showing up with "something went wrong try refreshing or check again later." Yes I have reset my Xbox and even my wifi also have done it other ways like my Xbox app or even Microsoft I checked for past bills but have none.

I have no idea why it won't let me and when I go to choose a Xbox game pass it only shows up with the pc one
