I have paid for Publisher up & until Febuary 2027 through J B Hi Fi. I received an email saying you are ceasing my subscribson as of 1/10/26.

What are my options as I use Publisher all the time?

Are you able to give me a full licence to use Publication all the time as competation.

Hi Glenda.

When Publisher is deprecated in October, it will be removed form Microsoft 365 automatically, the only way to continue using Publisher would be to purchase an old Office licence like 2021 or standalone Publisher 2021 licence somewhere online, because Microsoft no longer sells older versions of Office or the standalone version of Publisher.

This does not refund me the outstanding money I had paid to you for my subscription up until February 2027.

You are a giant organisation you could at least repay me what will be outstanding.
