This Event ID 87 is typically related to TPM AIK (Attestation Identity Key) certificate enrollment, not Windows corruption. The error indicates Microsoft's attestation service rejected a P-256 ECC key request during enrollment.
If your TPM shows "Ready for use", and Windows Hello, BitLocker, and other security features work normally, this is generally considered a benign event that does not affect normal system operation.
Ensure your BIOS, chipset/AMD TPM firmware, and Windows updates are current, then monitor future updates from Microsoft and your device manufacturer.
