My apple laptop was working fine until August 4, 2026. I am not able to receive emails from any of my three apple devices.

I have been online several times with NO success. I need to have a tech person to help me with my Outlook problem.

Please no AL or computer generated assistance.

For Outlook on Mac, these are the supported next steps for not receiving mail across Apple devices:

    1. Check whether Outlook is offline.
      • In Outlook for Mac, open the Outlook menu.
      • Make sure Work Offline is not checked.
    2. Verify the account connection.
      • Go to Tools > Accounts.
      • Select the account in the left pane.
      • For Exchange accounts, if the connection indicator is orange, there is a server connection problem.
      • If mail is available in Outlook on the web, that helps confirm whether the issue is with Outlook for Mac or the server connection.
    3. Confirm account credentials and settings.
      • In Tools > Accounts, select the account.
      • Verify the email address, user name, and password.
      • If the password was changed recently, update it in Outlook.
      • Some accounts require special settings such as SSL or non-default ports.
    4. If the account is POP or IMAP, check outgoing server authentication.
      • In Tools > Accounts, select the account.
      • Under Outgoing server, choose More Options.
      • Select the correct authentication type and enter credentials if required.
    5. Check network-related causes.
      • Confirm the Mac has Internet access by opening websites in a browser.
      • If using a restricted network, the ISP or network firewall may block the SMTP server.
      • A proxy server may also be required on that network.
    6. If this is an Exchange account and mail is not syncing, empty the Outlook cache for the affected folder.
      • Caution: This deletes any information not synchronized with the Exchange server, including contacts' mail certificates. Back up Outlook information first if needed.
      • Make sure the Mac is connected to the Exchange server.
      • In the navigation pane, Ctrl+click or right-click the Exchange folder.
      • Select Properties > General > Empty Cache.
      • Outlook will download the items again from the Exchange server.
    7. Check whether mailbox or Microsoft cloud storage is full.
      • If storage is full, sending and receiving mail can stop.
    8. Use Microsoft support contact options if self-service steps do not resolve it.
      • In Outlook.com, select Help, enter the issue, and if self-help does not solve it, go to Still need help? and select Yes.
      • To contact support in Outlook.com, sign-in is required.
