OneDrive Storage full on Personal Account. I also have Business 365

So, I stupidly signed up for Business 365 this year, and it couldn't be reverted because I paid for the year. Anyway, learning to live with that.

HOWEVER, all my MS Apps are 'connected' to the Personal 365 and that storage is 8,000% over full. Is there a way to move some of the data over? Plus, my Cloud syncing is not working the way it should be.

And, what's the best way to change the login for all the apps? - Access, OneNote, Word, etc.

I have about six more months on this subscription and I'm just hobbling along here.

Based on your description, it seems that you want to migrate files from OneDrive Personal to OneDrive for Business.

You can do so by following the steps in below article

And noticed that: If you’re moving a large number of files, I recommend that you move files in batches of no more than 100 files each.

Additionally, a personal Microsoft account and a work/school (Business 365) account are two different account types that exist in separate systems, so there's no supported way to merge them, and no single global switch that changes every app at once. It has to be done per app by opening each app (Word, OneNote, Access, etc.) and go to File > Account > Switch Account, or Sign Out and sign back in with the business account.

Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Connect and add the business account there. This points Windows-level sign-in at the business tenant, which several Office apps rely on behind the scenes.

    Yes. Personal and business OneDrive do not automatically merge, but files can be moved manually from the personal account to the business account.

    A practical path is:

    1. Add the business OneDrive account on the PC.
      • Select the OneDrive cloud icon in the Windows taskbar.
      • Go to Help and settings > Settings > Account > Add an account.
      • Sign in with the business account.
      • Finish setup and open the business OneDrive folder.
    2. Keep both OneDrive folders available in File Explorer.
      • One folder will be the personal OneDrive.
      • The other will be the work/business OneDrive.
    3. Move or copy files from personal to business OneDrive.
      • In File Explorer, drag and drop the files that belong in the business account into the business OneDrive folder.
      • Blue circular arrows mean the files are syncing.
