Hotmail not receiving emails from a certain domain

The following problem began occurring about a week ago. Until then I was having no problems with either of my email accounts.

When I try to send emails from my mymts.net email account to my hotmail account, the emails seem to send properly, but they don't arrive in my hotmail. I don't receive any non-delivery reports. I've checked with Bell (the provider of the mymts.net account), and they say the messages are being sent properly so the problem must be occurring on the hotmail side. I'm able to send messages to other domains from my mymts.net account, and they're delivered successfully. And I'm successfully receiving messages from other domains in my hotmail, but not from mymts.net.

I asked a friend to send a message from her mymts.net account to my hotmail, and it wasn't delivered either, so my hotmail seems to be blocking all emails from the mymts.net domain. My friend didn't receive a non-delivery report.

I sent a message from my mymts.net email to another friend's hotmail, and she didn't receive it, so it seems that I can't send messages from my mymts.net email to any hotmail account. Again, I didn't receive a non-delivery report.

I can successfully send emails from my hotmail to my mymts.net email.

The missing messages aren't in my junk email folder or any other folder. I've checked my blocked senders and rules, and I've checked the filter. I don't have email forwarding enabled, and I'm well under my storage limit.

Analyzing the Microsoft DMARC, SPF and DKIM requirements for the mymts.net domain shows problems with the SPF and DKIM domain settings.

Microsoft continues to tighten up the rules applied to email sent to an outlook.com or hotmail.com address. Please point your ISP to:

I didn't receive a non-delivery report.

That part I can't explain. The Microsoft Postmaster is usually pretty good about sending NDRs.
