I'm unable to receive emails on my Classic Outlook account despite using the same domain where other than Classic Outlook accounts can receive emails.

For Classic Outlook, try these checks in order:

    1. Check whether Yahoo messages are being filtered.
      • Open the Junk Email or Spam folder.
      • If Yahoo messages are there, mark them as Not Junk.
      • Also check whether Yahoo senders or the yahoo.com domain are blocked in junk settings.
    2. Force a send/receive check.
      • In Classic Outlook, go to the View tab and select Sync.
      • Watch the status message at the bottom of the message list while Outlook syncs.
      • Note: third-party accounts such as Yahoo do not have the same manual Sync capability as some other account types, so limited behavior is expected.
    3. If the Yahoo account password changed, update it in Outlook.
      • Password changes made on the mail provider’s website must also be updated in Outlook.
    4. Start Classic Outlook in safe mode to rule out add-ins.
      • Press the Windows key, type outlook.exe /safe, and press Enter.
      • If mail works in safe mode, an add-in or profile issue is likely.
    5. Repair the Outlook profile.
      • If Outlook can send or receive in safe mode, repair the profile or create a new one.
    6. If the issue is specifically with Yahoo or Gmail sync and errors such as 0x800CCC0E or 0x800CCC0F appear, remove the stored OAuth credentials for the affected account in Credential Manager, then restart Outlook and sign in again.
      • If that does not fix it, removing the matching identity key under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities can force Outlook to prompt for sign-in again.
      • Warning: registry changes are risky. Delete only the identity key for the affected Yahoo account.
    7. If Outlook still does not receive Yahoo mail, try Outlook on the web or another Outlook app to confirm whether the issue is only in Classic Outlook.
