why am i not receiving emails through outlook either through the browser or app

I haven't received any of my emails since the 6/7/26, either via app or browser, I have plenty of storage on my account, everything else seems to be fine, i can send emails just not receive them

Could you please provide the error code from the Non-Delivery report?
