Hi, @Kevin McArdle

OneNote notes are normally synced to the Microsoft account they were created with, so getting a new phone should not delete them.

On the new phone, please make sure OneNote is signed in with the same Microsoft account you used on the old phone.

Also, sign in at https://www.onenote.com/ and check if your notebooks appear there.

  1. Do you still have access to the old phone, and are the notes still visible there?
  2. Are you using the same Microsoft account on both phones?
  3. When you sign in to OneNote on the web, do you see any of the missing notebooks?

Please do not uninstall or reset OneNote on the old phone yet if the notes are still there.

Thanks!
