I have not sent any messages today.

I attempted to send 2 messages just now and am getting a red pop up bar stating no messages can be sent because they're trying to limit spammers! What in the world!!!!

I need to utilizing my email and send messages TODAY and now I cant!

Outlook.com daily sending limits cannot be manually removed on demand. When Outlook.com flags sending activity, the restriction is temporary and the practical action is to wait for it to clear.

What to do now:

Stop repeatedly trying to resend the same drafts for a while. Repeated send attempts can keep the restriction active longer.
Check Microsoft cloud storage. If storage is full, Outlook.com cannot send or receive email.
Check the message size. Outlook.com cannot send messages with attachments larger than 25 MB. If needed, remove the attachment or share the file from OneDrive instead. OneDrive file sharing supports up to 2 GB.
Review whether the account is under a temporary low sending quota. Newer accounts can have a lower temporary quota until credibility is established. Outlook.com also limits daily recipients and recipients per message to help prevent abuse.
If sending is urgent, contact Outlook.com support from within Outlook.com: Select Help on the menu bar, enter the issue, then scroll to Still need help? and select Yes.

Daily recipients for Microsoft 365 subscribers: 5,000
Maximum recipients per message: 500
Daily non-relationship recipients: 1,000
Attachment size limit: 25 MB
