Based on the screenshot you provided, I can see that Microsoft 365 is unable to detect some required DNS records for the domain, including the Autodiscover (CNAME) and SPF (TXT) records. In addition, attempts to edit or delete DNS records in Azure are also failing and generating error messages when performed on the record set.
Since this issue is related to Azure DNS infrastructure and requires detailed investigation from the backend, I recommend creating a support ticket with the Technical Support team for further troubleshooting. They will be able to help identify the root cause of the issue and verify or reconfigure the DNS records if necessary.
