Since the ISP and email provider already verified the account settings, the remaining supported steps are:

    1. In new Outlook, if the failing account shows a sign-in prompt, select the icon next to that email account name, select Continue, and sign in again with the current password.
    2. If the password was changed recently on the provider’s website, update it in new Outlook by completing that sign-in prompt.
    3. If the account uses two-factor authentication or Outlook shows a message such as Please create an app password for Outlook on your email provider's site, generate an app password with the email provider and use that instead of the normal password.
    4. If the problem is with an IMAP account and Outlook is still not accepting the password, remove and add the account again through Control Panel:
      • Open Control Panel
      • Select Mail
      • Select Email Accounts...
      • On the Email tab, select New
      • Enter the name, email address, password, and confirm the password
      • Complete setup and enter the password again if prompted
    5. If manual account settings are needed, open Control Panel > Mail > Email Accounts > select the account > Change, then verify:
      • Incoming mail server
      • Outgoing mail server
      • User Name is the full email address
      • Password is correct
      • If the provider requires two-factor authentication, use the generated passcode instead of the regular password
    6. If the account is being added as IMAP in classic Outlook and no password prompt appears, ensure Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is unchecked.

If new Outlook specifically shows “You may need to make an app password”, that issue is listed as fixed, so using the latest new Outlook build is appropriate.

Because this has already been worked at length with support under an existing case, continue through that same support path for the third account if re-sign-in or an app password does not resolve it.
