No app is opening. Every time i open, it shows you need permission. Even google chrome, hich i have been using since forever won't open. There is nothing you can do with everlasting and undying family safety settings. I am not using any of microsoft safety tools anytime soon.

If Family Safety is blocking every app and asking for permission, use this sequence:

    1. Check whether the account is still in a family group at Sign in.
      • If no family members appear, the account is not currently in a family group.
      • If a family is listed, the account may still be managed there.
    2. If the account is an adult but Microsoft is treating it as a child, correct the birth date on the Microsoft account using the steps under “I'm an adult, but Microsoft thinks I'm a child”.
    3. If the account should not have Family Safety restrictions, run the Family Safety refresh task on each affected Windows device:
      • Press Windows + R
      • Type cmd and select OK
      • Run:
             schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"

      • Restart the computer
    4. If Chrome or other browsers are the main apps being blocked, there is a known issue where some browsers can shut down unexpectedly or fail to prompt correctly when Activity reporting is turned off.
      • Temporary workaround: turn on Activity reporting in Family Safety under Windows settings.
      • On affected devices, the issue is also fixed by later Windows updates noted in the resolved issues documentation.
    5. If the account is still in a family group and restrictions are intended to be removed, the organizer can remove the member from the family group:
      • Sign in to the family site
      • Select the member
      • If needed, select Remove consent for child accounts
      • Then select Remove from family group
    6. If the problem continues, contact support or send logs from the Family Safety mobile app:
      • In the app: Home > Help & Feedback > Send logs
