From June mac powerpoint cant show origin graph

From June powerpoint update 16.110 (26061317) I cant see origin-labs graph in all the office apps. This is a big problem because most of the graphs that are been shared with me are in the origin-labs format.

All other formats can be shown (PNG, JPEG and so on).

I know that this issue has been reported but there is no change, I hope you can resolve this problem soon, this is very limiting.

Thank you for raising this concern. I understand the inconvenience this causes, especially for users who regularly work with and share OriginLab graphs in Microsoft 365 applications.

Based on reports from other Mac users, this appears to be a regression introduced in the June Microsoft 365 for Mac update (Version 16.110 / 16.110.1). In affected builds, OriginLab graphs and other vector-based objects may not render correctly in PowerPoint, Word, and other Office applications, while standard image formats such as PNG and JPEG continue to display normally.

At this time, I have not seen an official announcement regarding a permanent fix for this specific OriginLab rendering issue. Since the problem began after upgrading Office and affects previously working OriginLab objects, it appears to be related to a compatibility or rendering change in the current Office for Mac build rather than an issue with the presentation file itself.

As temporary workarounds, I recommend the following:

1/ Rollback Office for Mac to an earlier build

If this issue is significantly impacting your work, please contact your IT administrator and consider rolling back Microsoft 365 for Mac to an earlier version, such as 16.109.x or another build where OriginLab graphs displayed correctly.
After rolling back, you may also want to pause or temporarily disable Microsoft AutoUpdate to prevent automatic reinstallation of the affected version.

2/ Export originLab graphs as images or PDF

As a temporary alternative, export graphs from OriginLab as PNG, high-resolution image formats, or PDF files before inserting them into PowerPoint. Based on your observations, these formats continue to render correctly in Office applications.

I have tried to rollback few times, this still dos not work.
Is there an expected fix for this issue?

Office version: 16.109-16.112.26

macOS version: Tahoe 26.6.2

OriginLab version: All vertions

Since the standard update, rollback, and reinstall steps have not corrected the display problem, this suggests the cause lies deeper than a single build. Because the behavior persists across Office versions 16.109 through 16.112.26 and across all OriginLab versions, it is likely related to how PowerPoint for Mac now handles the object handler registration for embedded vector graphics, rather than the graph files themselves.

To continue narrowing down the cause, please try the following steps in order:

Clear the PowerPoint cache by quitting all Office apps, opening Finder, selecting Go from the menu bar, then Go to Folder, entering ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft. Powerpoint, and moving the Data folder to Trash before relaunching PowerPoint, since a corrupted cache can prevent certain embedded object types from rendering correctly even after an update or reinstall.

Perform a complete uninstall and reinstall of Office, since a partial reinstall may leave outdated components behind that continue to affect rendering. Uninstall Office for Mac

If the issue persists after completing these checks, I would recommend asking your IT administrator to submit a support request directly to our Microsoft Support team and attach the sample OriginLab file, the version details already gathered, and any Console log excerpts collected during testing.

The Microsoft Support team has the capability to review backend service behavior, analyze logs not available to administrators, and identify any underlying issues affecting how these embedded graphs are processed and rendered. This level of investigation is not accessible through standard administrative tools, so having your materials ready in advance will help the team move directly into deeper diagnostics.
