Why does my Microsoft QnA Account keep sending me email in Chinese

For context, I replied to a post in zh-CN quite a while ago. Since then, every notification I receive from Microsof QnAt has been in Chinese.

I'm pretty sure I have looked everywhere in my settings but to no avail.

Would be great if someone can illuminate my problem and help me with this predicament
