I don't know what to do. I tried checking the Xbox enforcement page because it says my account is banned. The enforcement page shows no strikes or case history. The AI assistant is not helpful, and it doesn't allow my to chat with an agent due to the ban. What else can I do? There is no way to contact enforcement. Please help!

    Hello Jay Duenas,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

There is no known way to contacting the enforcement team directly, and as I know front line support cannot contact them either. Before we proceed further, may I have a photo of the situation to check for you? Please remember to remove all personal information before posting, as I know, being banned from Xbox services doesn't block you from contacting support.

    I'm waiting for your reply.
