Trojan:HTML/Phish.AO!atmn only for open fornite.gg and no fortnite.gg for bad typing (LOL)

If Microsoft Defender removed it immediately, that is a good sign. A trojan can download other malware, record keystrokes, send passwords or browsing history, and give an attacker control of the device, so checking for leftovers is reasonable.

Recommended follow-up:
