Bug Report regarding borders

BUG REPORT

Title: Paragraph borders render incompletely / broken on left and right sides after recent update (affects existing documents)

Description:

After a recent Microsoft 365 / Word update, paragraph borders no longer display correctly. The top and bottom borders appear normal, but the left and right borders are incomplete, segmented, or show only partial black lines instead of continuous solid borders.

This is a pure rendering/display issue:

• It affects both newly created bordered paragraphs and older documents that previously displayed correctly.
• The borders are still present in the document (they can be removed and reapplied), but they do not draw fully on screen.
• The problem is consistent across multiple paragraphs and documents.

Expected behavior: Continuous, complete box borders around the paragraph on all four sides.

Actual behavior: Left and right borders appear broken or only partially drawn (see attached screenshots).

Additional notes:

• Occurs in Print Layout view.
• Affects documents that worked fine before the update.
• Not related to user settings, styles, or document corruption — purely a rendering regression.

Please investigate the border drawing code that was changed in a recent update.
