How do I get rid of Microsoft Copilot. Didn't ask for it and sure don't want it. It is not listed in Program and Features. When I try and redeem rewards and I choose which one I want, it ask me to verify that I am human and I do, it just stays there and does nothing. I have tried many many ways to contact Microsoft but I think that there is not way to get through to any dept. or live person anymore.

If Microsoft Copilot is installed as an app, remove it from Settings, not Programs and Features:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Go to Apps > Installed apps.
    3. Search for Copilot.
    4. Select the ... menu next to it.
    5. Select Uninstall.

    This applies on:

    • Windows 11: Settings > Apps > Installed apps
    • Windows 10: Settings > Apps, then search for Copilot and select Uninstall

If Copilot is showing inside Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, that is separate from the Windows app. It can be turned off in the app by clearing the Enable Copilot checkbox. In Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desktop apps, this is available under File > Options > Copilot.

If Copilot is already not installed as an app, it may simply not appear in Installed apps, and there is nothing to uninstall.
