For AZ-900, badges are no longer handled through Credly for current Microsoft credentials. Microsoft credentials can be viewed, shared, and downloaded from the Microsoft Learn profile.

    Try this:

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
    2. Open Profile and go to Credentials.
    3. Check the Certifications or Credentials area for the AZ-900 certification.
    4. Open the certification details and use the available Share option to share it on LinkedIn or other platforms.
    5. For the certificate, open the certification details and use Print or Save as PDF.

If AZ-900 is missing from the profile, check these points:

    1. Confirm the certification requirements were fully completed.
    2. Make sure the exam was earned under the same Learn profile being used now.
    3. If multiple Microsoft accounts were used, sign in with any other personal or work/school account that may have been used during exam registration.
    4. The congratulations email is sent to the contact email in the Learn profile, which may be different from the sign-in account.

If the credential still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
