For AZ-900, badges are no longer handled through Credly for current Microsoft credentials. Microsoft credentials can be viewed, shared, and downloaded from the Microsoft Learn profile.
Try this:
- Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
- Open Profile and go to Credentials.
- Check the Certifications or Credentials area for the AZ-900 certification.
- Open the certification details and use the available Share option to share it on LinkedIn or other platforms.
- For the certificate, open the certification details and use Print or Save as PDF.
If AZ-900 is missing from the profile, check these points:
- Confirm the certification requirements were fully completed.
- Make sure the exam was earned under the same Learn profile being used now.
- If multiple Microsoft accounts were used, sign in with any other personal or work/school account that may have been used during exam registration.
- The congratulations email is sent to the contact email in the Learn profile, which may be different from the sign-in account.
If the credential still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
