Pearson VUE Accommodations Failure & Engage Center Routing Bug

I am trying to escalate a severe scheduling issue with Pearson VUE regarding my approved testing accommodations for a Microsoft Certification exam.

I attempted to use the official support ticket link (aka.ms/credentialssupport), but it keeps routing me into a bugged loop on the corporate Engage Center website, which does not allow me to select the "Microsoft Credentials" or "Learning" support categories. I am posting here hoping a Microsoft support moderator can open a private message and escalate my case manually.

The Problem:
Because I require an approved testing accommodation, Pearson VUE does not allow me to use the normal online self-scheduling system. Instead, I am forced to submit 3 proposed dates and times.

I submitted my 3 dates, and Pearson VUE's system explicitly stated they would reply within 3 business days. They completely missed this window. When I emailed their support on Day 3, I was stonewalled and told I just had to keep waiting. It took a full week to get a response, only for Pearson VUE to offer me a single date that was not any of the 3 dates I had proposed.

As a busy professional, it is incredibly difficult to plan around a completely unpredictable scheduling system. Standard test-takers get to look at a live calendar, click a button, and plan their lives. Accommodated test-takers are left entirely in limbo, only to be given random dates a week later. This process acts as an unfair barrier to my certification.

Can a Microsoft support agent please assist me in getting in touch with a Pearson VUE accommodations coordinator who can dynamically book my exam on a live calendar over the phone or chat?

Thank you.

This is community forum, not support

Try https://aka.ms/credentials-support which takes you to the Engage Center Hub, the location for certification support. I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice.

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.
