A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Dear @Tatakis, Dimitris,
I hope you’re having a good day.
Thank you for posting your question.
Based on your description, it may not actually be a storage-capacity issue, especially if your Mac still has plenty of free disk space available.
To help narrow down the cause, could you please let me know:
- Does this happen with all Word documents or only a specific file?
- Are you saving the file locally on your Mac, or to OneDrive/SharePoint?
- Are you able to save new Word documents successfully?
In the meantime, I would recommend trying to save the document to a different local folder (for example, your Desktop) using Save As, and also testing with a brand-new Word document.
The results of these tests will help determine whether the issue is related to the document itself, the save location, Word, or macOS permissions.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to share the results of these checks, and I'll be happy to help investigate further.
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Warm regards,
