I can't log in or activate my account for Powerpoint/Word.

Every time I open Powerpoint or Word, it tells me that I am on View Only Mode and that I need to activate Microsoft 365 to create and edit. Yet, when I hit activate and type in my Education Queensland email address, it pops up with this error code: An unknown error has occurred. The error code is: 0x0.
