add stock tab under data

If Stocks and Currencies are missing from the Data tab in Excel, adding them by ribbon customization alone does not restore the feature. Those are linked data type features, and the ribbon can show Data Types, but the commands can still be unavailable.

4. Test whether the issue is workbook-specific
   • Create a new workbook.
   • Check whether Stocks and Currencies work there.
5. If it is still unavailable in all workbooks
   • Run an Office Repair.
   • If that does not help, reinstall Office.

Important limitation:

• Excel supports ribbon customization such as showing, hiding, reordering, and adding custom tabs or groups.
• Built-in features like Stocks and Currencies are not restored just by creating a custom ribbon tab or group if the underlying linked data type feature is unavailable.
