Need tech support to help me install Blink Home Monitor on my windows 10 PC
Blink Home Monitor was written for Android and iOS. There isn't a version for Windows. This is not to say that you can't try to make it work on Windows, but it's not supported, so you'll have to be your own tech support. I recommend sticking with a phone.
You may need the mobile app to set it up initially, but there are apps in the Microsoft Store that can view the camera feed.
Did you first set up the camera using the mobile app?
I am going to install Blue Stacks to see if I can get the Blinks Home Monitor there
Yeah, Bluestacks works with some camera setups.

After you set it up in the mobile app, use the Microsoft Store app to view the camera feed on Windows.
