Outlook Not Displaying My Email in Upper & Lower Case

I'm an editor and capitalize proper nouns no matter where they appear. I've always used upper & lower case in my email address, and that's how it always displayed until recently. Now, when I send an email and I get a reply, my return address is in all lower case. I want it back the way it used to be!
