GitHub exams/certifications were moved to Microsoft Learn in August 2025.

GitHub did not transfer certifications taken before this to Microsoft Learn.

I am from Accenture, and they pull the transcripts from Microsoft Learn, is there a way to associate this exam? else i will not get benefit of this exam in my organization even completed successfully.

No, there is no way to add a certification to a Learn profile

In that way i will lose my credential without any reason, which I earned after hard work. there should be some manual way/ support way to do it.
