A unified Azure platform for creating and managing AI models, agents, and applications with built‑in enterprise security, monitoring, and governance
Hi @Jyo
please follow the below steps and give your feedback.
1. Check your network and proxy
Try opening another Foundry section (like Models or Tools) to confirm if the issue is isolated to “Agents.”
2. Clear browser cache and disable blockers
Clear cookies for ai.azure.com and reload.
3. Verify permissions
Foundry requires Log Analytics Reader or Project Contributor roles to view agents.
4. Try a different browser or network
Use Microsoft Edge or Chrome (latest version).
5. Create a new agent manually
you can still click “New agent” to start fresh — Foundry will create a new entry even if the existing ones aren’t visible.
Next diagnostic step
If the error persists, open Developer Tools (F12) → Network tab → reload the page.
Look for failed requests to foundry.build/agents.
Share the error code (e.g., 403, 404, 500) — that will pinpoint whether it’s a permission, API, or network issue.
Thanks.
