Mac Excel 2019 permanent version activation failed.

My Excel has been continuously failing to activate since last week.

I've tried re-downloading and installing it from my account subscription and using a license remover, but I still can't reactivate it.

macOS 15.7.8

Office 2019 for Mac reached end of support on October 10, 2023, and no longer receives updates. Because Office 2019 cannot be updated to the required version, this issue cannot be resolved by updating or reinstalling Office 2019 for Mac.
