Since investigating for unauthorized charge and refund request things need action or approval from Billing team, I strongly recommend the Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get fastest assistance.

I am writing this with extreme frustration regarding an unauthorized charge deducted from my account.

Accessing your portal or customer support link has provided zero resolution to this problem. It is completely unacceptable for a company of your size to withdraw customer funds without proper justification or clear transactional evidence.

This issue must be addressed and resolved immediately. If this unauthorized transaction is not rectified and fully refunded promptly, I will have no choice but to take formal legal action and report this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund.
