You should ask your printer vendor (HP).
I checked, on https://instantink.hpconnected.com/ you have virtual assistant (bottom, right). Maybe it's a good place to start.

I’ve updated my account including payment card. Won’t print with code: “A problem has occurred with you hp account & you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved” I had been getting ink cartridges in the mail
