Try this on the Surface Pro:
- Remove the headset from Bluetooth devices, then pair it again.
- Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > View more devices > More options next to the headset > Remove device > Yes.
- Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > select the headset > Remove device > Yes.
- Restart the Surface Pro, then try pairing again.
- Check Bluetooth support.
- The PC needs Bluetooth 4.0 or later.
- Surface Pro 3 and newer Surface devices support Bluetooth 4.0.
- Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
- Windows 11: Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Run next to Bluetooth.
- Windows 10: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
- Test the headset with another phone or PC.
- If it pairs with another device, the issue is likely specific to the Surface Pro Bluetooth setup.
- If it does not pair anywhere, the headset may need to be reset using Sony’s instructions.
If the headset connects but audio or mic does not work correctly, in Windows sound settings make sure the correct headset profile is selected for calls or audio.
