Normal subscription like 12 months free i paid 2rs

Where did you buy the 12 months free subscription, can you paste a link? If it was a normal subscription, Azure offers two subscription types. One is a pay-as-you-go subscription that allows you to pay for what resources you use on a monthly basis. The other is a free trial subscription that gives you $200 in credits you can use for 30 days along with the subscription. These subscriptions are found here: https://azure.microsoft.com/

Thanks for the additional information. If you have signed up for the Azure free trial subscription, it should have applied the subscription and created a tenant. The final question I have is, do you see your tenant when you sign into your account here: https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory

If you do not see a tenant listed, please make sure you are signing into the correct account. When I sign in on my test account, that is not a member of a tenant, this is what I see.

Whereas, if you are apart of a tenant, you should see your tenants listed in the table under directory name. If you are apart of two or more, then you will need to switch to each one to see if the subscription is listed on there.

If you paid for an Azure subscription but it is not showing in the Azure Portal, first check Subscriptions and make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account used for payment. If the payment was successful but the subscription is still missing, do not pay again. Check Cost Management + Billing → Billing accounts for the payment/transaction status. If it still doesn't appear, contact Microsoft Azure Support with your payment/transaction details and ask them to locate the subscription.

Please can you click onto "Try Azure for free"

Please go through the sign-up form, adding the information it is asking for. once completed, the free trial subscription should be applied to your tenant.

try checking your account status in billing and check your credits balance which you spent is it negative or already used or still facing any issue contact microsoft azure help
