Hi, my Bank recently procured 200+ units of desktops which is supposed to come with Windows 11 Pro genuine license installed. However, the vendor have provided the licenses keys which we have some doubt. Are there any way we can verify its genuinity? Please suggest.

Yes. The safest way is not to validate the product key itself, but to verify the activation status and licensing channel on the installed PCs.
On a sample device, open an elevated Command Prompt and run:
slmgr /dlv
Check the Description and Product Key Channel fields. For new OEM desktops, you would normally expect an OEM_DM or OEM channel license embedded in the device firmware. If the system shows Volume:MAK, Volume:GVLK, or unexpected KMS-related channels, that would warrant further review.
You can also verify activation under Settings > System > Activation. A genuine Windows installation should show that Windows is activated with a digital license. For OEM devices, the firmware-embedded key can also be checked using:
wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
Since this is a procurement of 200+ devices, I would recommend requesting the OEM Certificate of Authenticity documentation, model numbers, serial numbers, and proof that the devices were supplied with Windows 11 Pro licenses from the vendor. If you provide the output of
slmgr /dlvfrom one of the machines (redacting the last 5 characters of the key if desired), I can help determine whether the licensing channel is consistent with genuine Windows 11 Pro OEM licensing.
