Azure for Students eligibility issue – "You're not eligible for an Azure free account"

Hello,

I am a full-time university student in Egypt and I am over 18 years old.

I tried to sign up for Azure for Students using my university email. My student email was successfully verified, and I completed all the registration steps. However, at the final step, I received the following message:

"You're not eligible for an Azure free account."

I have not been able to create an Azure for Students subscription.

Could you please verify:

1. Whether my university domain is eligible for Azure for Students.
2. Why my account is not eligible.
3. Whether there is any issue with my account or if any additional verification is required.
