The screenshot indicates that you've reached the Payment & Review step of Microsoft's Device Service & Repair portal, but instead of showing the review/payment page, the site is returning a "Page not found" (404) error. This is almost certainly a problem with Microsoft's repair portal rather than your Surface Pro or your account.

Here are the steps that usually resolve it:

    Try a different browser

    Chrome

    Microsoft Edge (InPrivate mode)

    Firefox

    Clear the Microsoft cookies

Sign out of your Microsoft account.

    Close the browser.

    Clear cookies for:

    account.microsoft.com

    support.microsoft.com

    microsoft.com

Sign back in and start the repair request again.

    Remove and re-add the device

    Go to account.microsoft.com/devices.

Confirm your Surface Pro is listed and shows the correct warranty expiration (your screenshot shows warranty until 9 Sep 2026).

If necessary, remove the device and add it again using the serial number.

    Try another network

Switch from your home Wi-Fi to a mobile hotspot (or vice versa).

    Try later

Since the error occurs on the final page, it may be a temporary server-side issue. Waiting a few hours often fixes it.

If none of the above works

Contact Microsoft Support and ask them to create the repair order manually. They can usually email you the prepaid shipping label without you completing the online process.
