I've had an active Microsoft 365 subscription for over 5 years and all of a sudden it's locked me out of Word. I can't create a new document, I can't edit previous documents. Somewhere along this maze of Microsoft stuff, a page ran a scan of my account and said nothing was wrong. Help!

Can you go to your account online via https://account.live.com?
Then go to Subscriptions, can you tell me, the full name of the subscription, for example, is it Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal or Family?
You are using this on Windows 11 device, not macOS, right?
