The below is generated by Codex, which had my source code, the Microsoft-provided reference SCIM server code, and the results of many attempted code changes and repeated test runs to work past this issue. Codex specifically matches the reference server implementation in this regard, with no successful outcome.
The conclusion is that the validator is falsely reporting a failure.
This is the only failure, I would greatly appreciate help in working past it!
