Microsoft certificates

Older Microsoft certifications such as MCSE remain on the Microsoft transcript. For retired MCSA, MCSD, and MCSE certifications, the certification remains on the transcript even after the exams retire.

To find certificates and transcript records:

1. Open the Certifications tab in Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
2. Open the transcript page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript
3. From the credentials area, use the options to view certificates and transcript details.
4. To download or share a transcript, use the transcript options for Email, PDF, or Share.

If the certificate is missing, use Certification support.
