Recover passwords saved on Edge using macOS 12

Edge no longer runs on my macOS 12 and my computer will not update beyond 12. I’d like to recover my passwords saved on Edge so I may import them into another browser, but I can no longer open Edge.

I can open Edge on my iPad, but I cannot figure out how to export passwords (all instructions I have seen refer to interface that I cannot find/use on the iPad version).

    Unfortunately, you cannot export passwords on the Android or iOS versions of Edge.

    Since the iPad runs on iOS, you cannot export passwords from the Microsoft Edge web browser.

    In this situation, see whether you can download an older version of the Microsoft Edge browser from the business website and run it on your device.

    Then see whether you can export passwords in .csv format so you can import them into other browsers.

    Select the older stable version and build, and then select the platform as 'MacOS universal'.
