Hi Herbert Hopfer

I understand how frustrating it is when you are trying to cancel a trial before being charged but cannot access the account.

To help narrow this down, may I confirm whether you started the Teams trial using a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account provided by an organization?

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to provide the appropriate cancellation steps.

Teams Free is free when used with free Microsoft account. However, you might have accepted the offer to upgrade your free Microsoft account to a paid Microsoft 365 subscription, which provides some addition features in the Teams Personal account.

For some users, this upgrade is offered as a free trial. This trial subscription must be cancelled from your Microsoft 365 subscription.
