A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Dear @Magicbun
Microsoft's "Import cloud photos and files" feature is available on OneDrive, but organizations (schools, universities, businesses) can control which OneDrive features are available to their users through tenant policies. If the Import cloud photos and files option appears on your personal Microsoft account but not on your school account, that's often because the school's IT administrators have disabled it or Microsoft hasn't enabled it for their tenant.
For more information and instructions, please refer to this article: Import other cloud files using OneDrive
In this case, since you are using a school (Education) Microsoft 365 account, I recommend reaching out to your school's IT Administrator to confirm whether this feature is restricted for student accounts and whether they can provide an approved migration method.
Note: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
I hope the information shared will help you move in the right direction. I appreciate your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward to your update.
