Windows 11 25H2 (26200.8894) – Loss of Outlook/OneDrive/Windows Update authentication after July update

After installing the July update on Windows 11 25H2 (build 26200.8894), all cloud‑based authentication stopped working — Outlook, OneDrive, and Windows Update no longer authenticate, even though general internet connectivity is fully functional (browsers work normally).

This same issue previously occurred for me on version 24H2.

Rollback is not available, and there are no restore points prior to July 19. At this stage, I suspect the update may have corrupted an authentication component or a networking stack dependency, and I may need to apply an offline servicing update to repair it.

Before performing a full system reinstall, I’m looking for guidance on:

Whether this build has known issues affecting Microsoft account or cloud service authentication

Any recommended offline updates or repair packages (DISM / WinRE / servicing stack)

Potential fixes involving re‑registering identity services, resetting WinHTTP, or repairing the Windows Account Manager

Any logs or diagnostics I should collect to better identify the root cause

Any help to avoid a complete notebook reinstallation would be greatly appreciated.
