Did you previously change the user interface language of Windows from one language to another, that is the usual cause of this problem.

The best option is to completely uninstall the Photos app, restart (not shut down) your PC and then reinstall the Photos app from the Microsoft Store.

    Thank you for that information, did you try completely uninstalling the Photos app and reinstall it?

    Also, if you open the Settings app, look through all the available settings, are any of the settings also showing in Chinese?
