My system keeps asking "Which OS..." even though only Windows 11 is installed

At boot-up, I am asked which OS do i want to boot, even though I have only Windows 11 installed.

When I converted Windows 10 to 11, there was trouble converting the MBR disk to GPT, and the system became unbootable. The boot structure was manually configured using MINITOOL and Internet information.

Windows 11 boots fine now.

My System disk contains 4 partitions...

... the FAT32 EFI partition for windows 11.

... a "system reserved" partition that appears to be the old boot files for windows 10

... the normal system partition with Windows and Users files

... the Recovery environment partition.

Is it possible that i should delete the "System Reserved" partition?

    BE CAREFUL to delete the bad entry when you do this.

    Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.

    Open the Boot tab.

    If you see more than one Windows entry:

    Select the one that isn't your current installation.

    Click Delete.

    Restart your PC.
