outlook sent items not in sent folder

Is the missing email one you just sent, or is it an older message?

Does the email still appear in the “Outbox” or “Drafts” folder?

Are all sent emails missing, or only certain ones?

How old is the missing sent email?

I recently set up my existing comcast email in MS outlook on my laptop and android phone. My sent items are not showing up in the Sent folder no matter which device I use.

Since the sent emails are missing on both devices, this may be a Comcast folder synchronization issue.

Please check your Comcast email directly and open the “Sent” folder.

Do the sent emails appear there?

In Outlook, is the account set up as IMAP or POP?

Do you see more than one folder named “Sent,” “Sent Items,” or “Sent Mail”? Thanks!
