I would go to the Windows Update but find that No updates are available. within the last day An update is available version 25H2. I have tried to install it a number of times but it fails at various point giving an error message of Oxc19000101. Now before the update appeared I thought I was no longer allowed to the Insider Program. I therefore went to the Diagnostic Area and it said that my organization does not allow for diagnostic data to be sent to Microsoft. I then cancelled my account. I am not sure that this is leading to my troubles. Can anyone help me get on track?

Hi James,

You cancelled your Microsoft Account?

Or did you Unenroll it from Insiders?

What Insider build are you on?

Use WIN+R, type winver for the build #.

I just unenrolled from the insiders program as when I did as was suggested to go Diagnostic, it stated my organization does not allow changes. I did not know I was part of an Organization. I am also logged on as an Administrator.

This is interesting. WIN+r says my build is 26H2 OS Build 26300.8935

Windows update is saying that 25H2 has Failed with error code and it says my org name is my email address. I would think that "26" is newer than "25".

My install error code is 0xc1900101.

My build is 26300.8935. I think some where the update was to 2600.9030.
