Requesting re-issuance of AI Skills Fest voucher auto-deleted from junk folder

Hi Microsoft Credentials Support Team,

I completed my Microsoft AI Skills Fest playlist track and submitted the voucher claim form. My voucher code email was delivered around June 20th to my Junk folder, but it was automatically purged by my email provider's 30-day retention setting before I could save the code.

Pearson VUE live chat support confirmed they cannot re-issue event-based vouchers and advised me to post here so a forum moderator can verify my completion status and re-issue the voucher code to my registered account.
